About the Job

Omicience Capital is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating compliance risks.

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in regulatory affairs, with a focus on ensuring compliance with SEBI, BSE, SEC, and ROC regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, finance, or business administration, with a proven track record of successfully managing regulatory affairs.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI, BSE, SEC, ROC) and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement regulatory affairs programs and training for employees.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the investment management industry.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements of SEBI, BSE, SEC, ROC and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
