Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee data management, compliance tracking, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor and report on various compliance requirements, including employment laws and company policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Provide support with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, as well as ensure accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
