Customer Engagement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses. This includes providing clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process, coordinating with our internal coaching team for smooth onboarding, and maintaining, managing, and updating client data using our CRM tools and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a consultative and empathetic tone. They will also have the ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills are essential, as is a customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is highly desirable, along with proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is required, and a willingness to take ownership and deliver results is essential.
