About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to drive business growth, profitability, and excellence in retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise management, property acquisition, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive retail performance and profitability.
  • Manage franchise operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Negotiate and finalize property lease agreements and franchise contracts.
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, implementing policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets, leading, mentoring, and managing regional/store managers and retail teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in franchise and company-owned retail models.
  • Strong understanding of retail market trends and customer behavior.
  • Ability to drive multi-location operations with efficiency.
