Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

You will collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing applications that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes.
  2. Build and maintain database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL to support PCS/OIC integrations.
  3. Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into PCS process flows and human tasks.
  4. Integrate PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems via OIC integrations.
  5. Develop custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS to support process workflows.
  6. Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database interaction for process execution.
  7. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PCS and PL/SQL components for performance and reliability.
  8. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and integration standards across all PCS and PL/SQL implementations.
  9. Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live enhancements.
  10. Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and user documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation.
  3. Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, performance tuning).
  4. Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PCS, and VBCS.
  5. Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
  6. Experience with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  7. BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices.
  8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
