Job Description
The Retail Banking Lead Analyst will manage client projects, supporting strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research.
They will guide C-suite executives with insights and analysis, and play a key role in the Retail Banking Practice Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering end-to-end client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative datasets.
- Interpreting market trends to identify patterns and emerging opportunities.
- Leading client meetings and addressing questions/queries using data expertise.
- Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions through proprietary tools and rigorous analysis.
Requirements
A strong Master's degree, preferably in an analytical or quantitative subject.
At least 5 years' work experience in benchmarking, research or business analysis.
Some sector experience in financial services, consultancy or market research is preferred.
