Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-driven professional to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

You'll leverage various tools and technologies to analyze customer behavior, marketing efficiency, and conversion funnels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conversion & journey analytics: Build detailed models of customer journeys, diagnose drop-offs, and optimize the sales process
  • Dashboards & reporting: Design and maintain automated executive dashboards, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and data quality
  • Forecasting & planning support: Partner with cross-functional teams to project traffic, conversion, and revenue; provide data-backed scenarios for demand planning
  • Data QA & governance: Validate data integrity and ensure metric definitions are consistent and trustworthy

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years in analytics (preferably eCommerce or consumer DTC), with proven impact on conversion and revenue
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with cloud-based warehouses
  • Proficiency in BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI—able to design crisp, self-serve dashboards
  • Experience with GA4 analytics engineering tools and scripting for analysis/automation: Python or R for data wrangling, notebooks, and lightweight jobs
What Makes a Candidate Stand Out:
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Recharge (subscriptions), and Klaviyo (lifecycle/CRM) datasets
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, MMM, or causal inference techniques
  • Exposure to AI/ML use cases (propensity scoring, next-best-offer, demand forecasting)
  • Prior impact in a high-growth eCommerce environment, with measurable wins (CRO, CPA/LTV)
