We are seeking a skilled and meticulous WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, as well as the ability to transform project requirements into functional, responsive websites.

  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins according to project specifications.
  • Maintain and update existing WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance.
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, and search engine optimization best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
  • Identify and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
  • Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
  • Understanding of web hosting, cPanel, and DNS configuration.
  • Experience with website migration and backups.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
