**Job Overview**

This role focuses on Project and Operations management within a Senior Analyst position, leveraging expertise in Workday SCM to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that business unit requirements are accurately met through effective project planning and execution.
  • Support the Enterprise ERP System by implementing process improvements and optimizing system functionality.
  • Develop strategic supply chain optimizations and new features to enhance business performance.
  • Design, build, and deploy new modules or projects to meet evolving business needs.
  • Maintain a rigorous change control process for requests through migration to Production tenants, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide support for application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and prioritize ticket assignments accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Client & Change Management to document business requirements, driving clarity and understanding.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Workday SCM and Workday Finance, operational or technical support is required.
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant fields.
  • Experience with report building is beneficial, showcasing analytical skills and ability to present data insights.
