Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our marketplace and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your innovative ideas and strategic thinking will help us stay ahead of the curve in detecting and preventing fraud among hundreds of millions of transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set long-term vision and direction for team projects.
  • Scale strategies and expand past immediate department boundaries.
  • Solve complex and ambiguous projects across the broader organization.
  • Comfortably flex among various tools according to problem and data requirements.
  • Derive recommendations from analysis with significant business value.
  • Understand and adapt Quality Strategies according to problem nature.
  • Influence other teams to meet deadlines and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Effectively manage project resources and create solutions to unexpected obstacles.
  • Represent the team on multi-team projects and ensure coordination of efforts.
  • Influence development roadmaps to build scale and automation into execution, reporting, and analysis.
  • Continuously build a network of talent inside and outside the company.
  • Create mechanisms to quickly onboard new talent and mentor others.
  • Set and balance goals across the team, optimizing performance against department goals and employee development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, accountancy, math, stats) required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in Operations Management/Quality/ACES/Delivery Excellence.
  • Proven experience in complex program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work swiftly and successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Experience with making large-scale decisions for a network of sites.
  • Proven experience utilizing SQL, Microsoft Excel, and dealing with large sets of data.
  • Proven working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
