Job Summary

  • Oversee the examination and assessment of legal documents to identify potential risks and liabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective management information systems to track and manage bills from external legal service providers in accordance with established company guidelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration between vendors, including panel advocates and secretaries, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and mitigate fraudulent transactions within the organization.
  • Provide technical support and resolution to internal queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on amendments and modifications to legal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of completed cases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and verify various legal documents, including notices, bonds, undertakings, and mortgages, as well as respond to official notices and prepare written statements.
