Strategic Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive transformation initiatives and lead cross-functional teams in delivering strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement & metric improvement.

This role requires an experienced leader with a strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots and Contact Center/BPO industry expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day execution of complex projects and driving milestones to realization.

  • Main responsibility is to manage cross-functional teams and develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Work closely with consultants to identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field and 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/Process Re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma) experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Contact center/BPO industry (Voice) experience.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scaled Agile Framework knowledge.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification.
