**Job Overview**

The role of Organizational Development Manager involves gaining a deep understanding of retail business objectives and staff-related challenges. This knowledge will be used to create strategic recommendations that drive positive change within the organization.

As the primary point of contact for staffs and sales teams, you will act as a key advisor, providing guidance on human resource metrics, employee engagement, and cost management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive governance on staffing, retention, engagement, and cost for the business.
  • Engage with regional managers/territory managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
  • Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices for the team.
  • Directly interact with store staffs to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
  • Be responsible for HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit process.
  • Cook the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Travel across the country for staff meetings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 3-6 years' experience in retail relationships, preferably from large format businesses.
  • Ability to manage big teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conversational proficiency in Hindi and English.
