Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs for plumbing and firefighting systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and firefighting system design, with excellent knowledge of relevant codes and regulations. They will be responsible for creating concept designs, schematic designs, and construction designs for our clients.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with other teams, including Electrical, Mechanical, Architect, and Structure. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for selecting and preparing materials for submission, contacting suppliers for quotations and technical documents, and taking off BOQs of firefighting and plumbing systems.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will prepare information regarding design, structure specification, material, equipment, estimated cost, and construction time. This will involve collaborating closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 10-25 years of experience in a related field. The chosen candidate will be a motivated and organized professional who can work independently and as part of a team.
