Job Title

Design and Implement HVAC Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Deliverables: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HVAC working drawings, adhering to project standards.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams to ensure seamless layouts.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues efficiently with site teams, minimizing downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date ISO documentation and drawing logs, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Support Functions: Provide support for quantity take-offs, drawing approvals, and assist in QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Regularly monitor productivity and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, including chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, and smoke control systems.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in HVAC calculations and software, such as HAP.
  • Additional Tools: Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills are crucial for success.
  • System Understanding: Good understanding of related MEP systems is required.
Education and Certifications:
  • Academic Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is the minimum requirement.
  • Specialized Training: HVAC training certification is preferred but not mandatory.
