Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled SEO professional to lead our digital asset optimization efforts on the Now Floats platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize SEO performance across multiple customer websites, internal websites, and mobile apps.
  • Conduct thorough on-page and off-page optimization to maximize visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Identify and resolve complex SEO issues related to indexing, crawling, schema, mobile optimization, site speed, etc.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and develop strategies tailored to customer industries and internal digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute effective link-building and outreach activities to strengthen domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of technical SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to drive the creation of SEO-friendly content.
Growth Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic to customer websites.
  • Design, execute, and optimize Now Floats' own paid lead-generation campaigns on Google and Facebook.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure alignment of paid campaigns with overall SEO and content strategies.
