Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a High Ticket Closer at Vivafox Digital. The High Ticket Closer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including conducting in-depth consultations with potential clients, handling escrow and closing procedures, and ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team. The role involves significant client interaction, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the High Ticket Closer will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Closings and managing Escrow procedures
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Loans and financial processes
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing or sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
