About this role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Backend Engineer to drive the technical direction of our backend systems. As a member of our engineering team, you will lead engineering initiatives and mentor team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and secure backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot
  • Lead the architecture of microservices and robust API designs
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives

Your skills and qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices
