Role Overview:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered design solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with user and business goals through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and measure their impact.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms and foster a culture of design excellence.
  • Evaluate close coordination with developers to guarantee implementation accuracy and meet project timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or other industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design methodologies.
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms, including front-end development and user interface best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in fast-paced environments while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure design integrity and quality.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with motion design, animation, or basic front-end development techniques.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and user testing tools to enhance user experience and ensure compliance.
Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer; immediate joining preferred.
