We're looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to work at the intersection of AI and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python with a focus on backend and infrastructure development.
  • Build and optimize GenAI-based agentic systems, leveraging frameworks for autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize language model performance for task-specific use cases.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and external systems.
  • Design and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for efficient, dynamic information retrieval and response generation.
  • Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL for data storage and management.
  • Utilize Docker to containerize services and ensure consistency across environments.
  • Contribute to and maintain a microservices architecture for scalable and modular system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore innovative applications of GenAI in the technology space.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, ML frameworks, and best practices in AI agent development.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python.
  • Strong experience with object-oriented programming and backend software engineering.
  • Experience working with any AI Agent frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency with version control tools, especially Git.
  • Familiarity with Docker for containerization and environment replication.
  • Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively apply GenAI in solving real-world problems.
