Job Title:

AI Technology Visionary

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking AI Technology Visionary to lead our company's AI initiatives across cybersecurity, insurance automation, risk quantification, and threat intelligence.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can architect and scale AI-driven products that detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats while enabling smarter risk underwriting and automated response frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute a long-term AI roadmap across cybersecurity products, risk assessment, and insurance intelligence.
    • Build proprietary AI models and pipelines for anomaly detection, underwriting automation, fraud prediction, and incident response.
    • Evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs), risk analytics systems, and real-time data-driven architectures in core offerings.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Own the architecture, design, and deployment of AI models across cloud and edge environments.
    • Collaborate closely with security, underwriting, compliance, and product teams to translate domain knowledge into scalable machine learning (ML)/AI tools.
    • Ensure secure, privacy-compliant AI development and deployment practices.
  • Product Development
    • Oversee the development of AI-driven products such as auto-triage systems for cybersecurity incidents, AI-enhanced security operation centers (SOC), intelligent cyber-insurance pricing engines, and AI advisors for SMB cyber resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years in software engineering or AI/ML product development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, vector databases, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
