Project Coordinator Opportunity

As a project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating specific activities. This position requires effective communication, coordination, and organizational skills to track and collect service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, and project level critical data tracking for team members.

  • Co-ordinate data collection from the team, consolidating that data, and providing summary reports for stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy.
  • Collect information from various tools to update the project's records, project plans, maintain document control for the Program, and track competency development of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log.
  • Maintains the Project change management process.
  • Publishes report on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organizes meetings and tracks action items to closure.
  • Manages rotational shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools is an advantage.
