Project Management Specialist

The Project Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of IT projects using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex IT projects, aligning with Project Management Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle processes to deliver results on time.
  • Develop and update project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to secure resources and funding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing application development projects in commercial domains.
  • Mandatory experience in Reinsurance.
  • Detailed knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing mid-sized to large IT development projects independently.
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Planview).
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
