Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee corporate office interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be stationed at the site, responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Site Management: Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior design projects, ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Project Planning: Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor contractor and vendor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication: Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.
  • Cost Management: Track project budgets and report cost deviations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
