Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to fill this key position.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Offer timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized desktop applications.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Conduct remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
  • Demonstrate broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of networks, servers, audio/video, smart devices, and telecommunications.
