About This Role

This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic projects and unlock new growth or operational efficiency for the organization.

As a New Initiatives Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling pilot projects. You will work closely with various teams to execute end-to-end scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.

You will analyze performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.

Additionally, you will develop internal documentation and frameworks to ensure learnings are captured and shared across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyze performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to ensure learnings are captured and shared across the organization.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with interest in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort with Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is preferred.
