Technical Project Management Professional

The role of a Technical Project Manager involves overseeing end-to-end project management for client implementations, providing support to colleagues and clients, and ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our solutions and platforms is essential.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to establish project scope plans and documentation.
  • Lead or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies among project team members.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for regular status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during implementation.
  • Maintain visibility over workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project objectives accurately and within the set timeframe.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, e.g., vendors, associates, contractors.
  • Nurture strong customer relationships by responding promptly, efficiently, and professionally to questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Evaluate project performance against SLAs and KPI expectations for costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of process adherence around documenting client work and interactions using tools like Salesforce and OpenAir.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in project management environments is necessary.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Previous experience in talent management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritizing workload.
