Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a visionary product designer to join our team. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. They will be able to lead the design process from concept to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our users.

About the Role
  • Lead the design process for AI-powered features from concept to delivery.
  • Define the user experience, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Deeply understand user needs and behaviors through research, data analysis, and synthesis to inform design decisions.
  • Create frameworks and patterns enabling consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, with experience in designing AI products being a significant advantage.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking, connecting individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • A good understanding of design systems and navigating ambiguity confidently.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt, with experience in front-end tech stacks being a plus.
