Key Responsibilities:- Registering shipment information and uploading important documentation to ensure data completeness within the company's online traceability and verification system.

- Engaging daily with international partners in the retail and food-service sectors, as well as internal teams in the USA and EU, via email and phone.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or in international customer service.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in office applications, with good typing abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of export/import documentation and international business practices is an advantage.
- A certified course or experience in data science or analytics is a valuable addition.
- Interest in affinity with sustainability – environment and social responsible practices.
- Residing within 15 km of Maradu, Cochin.
