Senior Unreal Artist Opportunity

Seeking a senior artist to lead the development of high-quality interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.

This role combines creativity and technical precision, requiring someone who can ensure creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met from concept to final delivery.

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex interactive projects using Unreal Engine.
  • Project leadership: ensure timely completion, within budget, and meet expectations for quality.
  • Asset management: effectively import, integrate, and manage assets from various sources into Unreal workflows.
  • Collaboration: work closely with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive and visually compelling environments.
  • Troubleshooting: debug and optimize performance across various hardware and platforms.
  • Mentorship: provide guidance and technical expertise to junior team members.
  • Industry stays current: stay updated on industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.

Secondary Skills:

  • Strong understanding of architectural visualization workflows.
  • Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.
  • Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
