Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence in our organization.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision, overseeing cross-functional teams, and managing high-impact projects. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ideation & Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop innovative product ideas.
  • Product Design & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and price products that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Internal Approvals & Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals for product launches.
  • Regulatory Filing – IRDAI Coordination: Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Pre-Launch Preparation & Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality and readiness for launch.
  • Go-to-Market strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Product Launch & Monitoring: Oversee product launches and monitor performance to inform future product development decisions.
  • Regulatory & Risk Management Post-Launch: Ensure ongoing compliance and risk management post-launch.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on product performance and progress.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to drive product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in life insurance.
