Senior HR Leader

This role oversees key aspects of the human resources function within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes including goal setting, performance assessments, and annual calibration with leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.

  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in restructuring job levels, grades, and designations.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify technical competency and soft skill gaps across different roles.
  • Implement delivery methods including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers for high-quality training sessions.
  • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and productivity.
  • Evaluate and gather feedback to continuously improve training initiatives.
  • Promote awareness of training opportunities and encourage professional development.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication channels to keep employees informed and involved.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and efficiency.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational development goals.
  • Ensure labor law compliance.
