Job Title: Critical Care Medicine Specialist / Intensivist

This position requires an experienced and skilled medical professional to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency settings.

Responsibilities include performing life-saving procedures, managing multi-disciplinary cases, collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and physicians for integrated patient management, supervising and guiding ICU nursing staff and junior doctors, ensuring proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency settings.
  • Perform advanced life-saving procedures including intubation, central line insertion, ventilation management.
  • Manage complex multi-disciplinary cases including trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical, anesthetic, and physician teams for comprehensive patient management.
  • Supervise and mentor ICU nursing staff and junior doctors to ensure seamless team dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, uphold patient safety protocols, and adhere to established medical guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Critical Care Medicine Specialist with valid registration.
  • Proven clinical expertise and sound decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
