Job Opportunity for Tower Erection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in transmission tower erection and inspection.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of erected transmission line towers to verify stringing work and identify defects or deviations.
  • Performing foundation inspections continuously as per site progress or on instruction from the quality engineer.
  • Identifying, documenting, and photographing defects or deviations as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and submitting to quality engineers for Quality Control application uploading.
  • Supporting report preparation by providing necessary inspection evidence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all site safety and quality requirements.
  • Maintaining coordination with the quality engineer representative at the site.
  • Replacing absent technicians within 3 days as per service continuity requirements.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: ITI certification
  • At least 5 years of relevant field experience in transmission line tower erection and stringing inspection
  • Familiarity with tower parts, stringing components, and relevant terminology
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and uploading observations into the Quality Control application is preferred
