Tower Design and Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Tower Design and Estimation Engineer.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in design engineering, estimation, tendering, and planning within the OHTL (Overhead Transmission Lines) and Substation domains.

• Prepare detailed tower drawings and structural analysis in compliance with international standards.
• Develop bill of quantities, bill of materials, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
• Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
• Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
• Implement ERP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
• Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools.
• Strong knowledge of international standards.
• Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
