Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in CRM solutions, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CRM.">
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.">
  • Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, plugins, customizations, and SDK.">
  • Experience with integration tools like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or third-party APIs.">
  • Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance in CRM implementations.">
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM projects.">
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, MB-210, or equivalent) are highly preferred.">
