Description

We are seeking a seasoned Purchasing and Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for our office interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in purchase management, preferably within the interior design, construction, or civil industry. A background in civil engineering or related discipline is preferred.

The successful candidate will lead key office interior projects, developing and executing cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources. They will build and sustain robust vendor relationships, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.

The Purchasing and Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors
  • Coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows
  • Sourcing high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits
  • Tracking purchase timelines and coordinating logistics for smooth delivery to sites
