Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in interior design, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our design team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Management: Own the sales funnel and drive revenue closure by achieving monthly sales targets through a team of designers.
  • Project Coordination: Manage 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor designers to improve sales skills and enable them to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch) or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C business development and growth.
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience leading a team.
