Senior Interior Design Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Design Lead with 8–10 years of experience to spearhead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to strategic projects.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive design strategies from concept to delivery
  • Motivate and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants, vendors, and marketing teams to drive project success
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing valuable guidance and support
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure designs meet stringent standards for accessibility, usability, and performance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8–10 years of experience in interior design or architecture
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • A robust portfolio showcasing corporate and residential project leadership and management expertise
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Experience mentoring and leading design teams, driving growth and success
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Auto CAD and SketchUp
