This position requires a creative and detail-driven individual who can develop innovative interior design solutions aligned with client preferences. You will lead projects from concept to completion while ensuring seamless execution, curating FF&E schemes, mood boards, and styling plans that showcase exceptional aesthetic sense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop bespoke interior design solutions for high-end residential and hospitality projects
  • Lead projects through all phases, from initial consultation to final delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to style client spaces and enhance product presentation
  • Drive interior styling for brand activations, photoshoots, and in-store events
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication and professionalism
  • Balancing multiple projects while delivering top-quality design execution is essential

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from a reputable institution; international experience is a plus
  • 3–8 years of experience in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects
  • A strong portfolio showcasing attention to detail, spatial styling, and creative solutions
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities will enable you to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for aesthetics and storytelling is vital for this position
