Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, assessments, and litigation.
  • Represent the company before tax authorities and handle various audit matters.
  • Coordinate advance tax payments, tax returns, reports, and necessary paperwork.
  • Evaluate tax compliance with a focus on DT and IDT, particularly GST requirements.
  • Perform GST ITC reconciliation and reversal of non-eligible ITCs.
  • Work closely with tax counsel for advisory and opinion purposes.
  • Compile facts and cases for professional opinions.
  • Provide assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial matters from a tax perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax management.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting processes and tax regulations.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance, assessments, and litigation.
