About the Role
This key position plays a pivotal part in shaping our data migration strategy, ensuring seamless transitions to new systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans, aligning with program objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
- Analyze data sources, assessing readiness, quality, and potential risks.
- Lead end-to-end execution of data migration activities across project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Migrate master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate and test data in the target system.
- Implement automated and repeatable data migration processes.
- Establish and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of migrated data with regulatory and audit standards.
- Coordinate data reconciliation, defect tracking, and issue resolution processes.
Key Qualifications
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc.
- Experience with Data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Project Management Skills.
