Senior Transition Manager Needed

This role involves leading end-to-end transitions in the Property and Casualty domain, utilizing strong project management principles to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple transition projects with a focus on robust governance, timely delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Establish clear processes for tracking deliverables and reporting project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Capture best practices and lessons learned from each project for future reference.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on the organization's transition methodology and approach.

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on diverse functions and industries.
  • A proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale migration projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as data analysis, process mapping, and documentation skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Trello tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
