">Master Data Management Specialist

As a Master Data Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of item master data. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.

">">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
">Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accurate and consistent item master data by creating, updating, and maintaining product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.
  2. Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes
  3. Record and regularly update transit days for DC–vendor combinations
  4. Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams
  5. Prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams
  6. Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs such as supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels
  7. Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of MIS to management
  8. Automate and simplify reporting formats in Excel / NAV / Power BI for efficiency
  9. Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management
">Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management / MIS / Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries
