Enterprise Data Governance Lead

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Governance Lead to build and support tools & technology required to enable an Enterprise Data Governance program.

This role involves being a primary contributor for the tool implementation of Data governance programs, building and supporting solutions for Data governance in popular tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc. to enable data cataloging, meta data management, and data lineage of the enterprise's applications and data sources.

The successful candidate will enable enterprise level integration of metadata stores for the business users to search and understand information by developing standard business glossaries and data dictionaries.

  • Design and implement a solution for Data Cataloging with a Data governance tool to establish clear data ownership along with access control management.
  • Build custom integrations between the Data governance tool and various data stores to map and view data lineage.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contributor for the tool implementation of Data governance programs

• Build and support solutions for Data governance in popular tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.

• Design and implement a solution for Data Cataloging with a Data governance tool

• Build custom integrations between the Data governance tool and various data stores

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc to implement Data governance programs

• 5+ years of experience in data management space under any area

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and leaders

• Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets
