  • Extract, process, and upload user lists to Onecert in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to established protocols to ensure accurate report generation and timely escalation of issues.
  • Support stakeholders by sourcing user lists and SAM documents as requested.
  • Implement catalogue changes on Onecert based on security access matrix updates.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists and work with support to understand application limitations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Ensure periodic reviews of application security are conducted to maintain compliance with current procedures and implement enhancements as needed.

Regulatory Compliance & Business Conduct:

  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards across the organization.
  • Efficiently identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Fluency in English language.
