SAP FICO Expert Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO expert to join our team in India. This role is part of the SAP FI Domain, which is responsible for implementing and managing financial and accounting processes within our organization.

  • To manage the implementation of new ERP FICO functionalities in our Long Products segment.
  • Be responsible for the success of transformation projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management, etc.

This includes handling all activities in full compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules applied in our group.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Technology, experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process, and experience/knowledge in SAP FICO customizing.

Business processes knowledge of Finance and Controlling is also required, along with good communication skills at various levels and ability to train others.

The selected candidate will work independently to accomplish objectives, communicate efficiently with all levels of employees and management, and collaborate with partners to maximize performance and results.

Languages: English (fluent), French and German will be considered as a plus.
