Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules. You will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, lead solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource.
  • Expertise in implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated ability to define system strategies, document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design business processes, configure functions, test, and train users.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with sound judgment.
