PCS/BESS Technical Support Specialist

As a dedicated technical professional, you will play a vital role in providing on-site and remote technical support for PCS/BESS products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, including product debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting PCS/BESS products on-site, guiding customers to handle simple faults independently, and managing on-site spare parts. You will also maintain strong relationships with customers, provide training on PCS/BESS products, and adhere to company departmental rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- English proficiency as a working language
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations and take action
- Previous experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS
- Preferred location: Rajasthan
