
Senior IT Services Manager

This role is responsible for developing strategic direction for IT Services, including the implementation of up-to-date methodologies and processes.
The successful candidate will have oversight of the IT Services department, including management of colleagues and their performance, implementation of departmental goals and objectives, and oversight of department efficiency and effectiveness.
They will also be responsible for relationship management of IT Services stakeholders, including identifying relevant stakeholders and maintenance of the quality of external third party services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT Services, implementation and adherence of control targets and standards.
- Manage adherence to group SLAs and controls associated with core technology production activities in incident, problem, and change.
- Identify potential IT Services risks, develop strategies to mitigate those risks, and maintain alignment between the bank's change and compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial performance, driving value from commercial agreements, and strong cost control.
They will also have expertise in project management, including driving successful research and related product launches, and deliverance of integrated solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:IT Services Department Management- Oversight of IT Services department, including management of colleagues and their performance.

- Management of financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Driving value from commercial agreements.
- Driving successful research and related product launches.
- Deliverance of integrated solutions to clients.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT Services departments.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
